What Your Mama Never Taught You About Menopause is more than a book; it's a bold, soul-stirring, laugh-out-loud, tear-wiping collection of stories from women who are done whispering about one of the most transformational seasons of their lives - And we are inviting you to add your voice to it.
This co-authored anthology will feature honest, funny, relatable, raw, and deeply human reflections from women navigating peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause.
These are not sanitized, sugar-coated chapters. These are real women telling the truth:
