Yes, you read the headline right!

(Grab a cup of coffee or your favorite tea, this blog post is a little long)

A few weeks ago, while coaching the courageous women in my “Money Loves Me: Wealth Empowerment Experience,” to explore the connection between their self-concept and how they see money, I passed out. Right there on camera, at 10:23 am PST on Thursday, October 21, 2021, I passed out in front of everyone.

IT STARTED OUT AS A BEAUTIFUL DAY?
It had been an amazing morning. I woke up early and well-rested, so I decided to straighten my hair and do a glam look for my makeup, with the intention to record a bit of video content and do a live stream for my social media community. I was excited about the day ahead.

About 15 minutes before our 10 am call time, I began to feel a bit queasy. 12 minutes before call time, my stomach began to cramp. 8 minutes before the call, I felt a pain in my lower back that rivaled labor pains and I broke out into a cold sweat. I took an over-the-counter pain reliever, drank some water, entered my home office, and logged in for the call.

As the call began, I informed the ladies that I had recently begun a new medication and I believed I may have been having a reaction, so please bear with me. We started our call as normal, with a check-in from everyone on how they had engaged the previous week’s lesson. At some point nausea required me to excuse myself – this happened several times. Each time the pain in my stomach and back increased. At some point, I began to slur my words, and just as I was about to excuse myself for the 3rd time, my body shut down and for the next 6 minutes and 28 seconds I was passed out, right there on camera.

The cohort of women who were on the call with me immediately went into action. Some began to pray, while others contacted my daughter via social media and our business coach via text to alert them of the situation.

Once I came to and was conscious enough to speak clearly, I gave them my mother’s cellphone number and they were able to contact her to come to take me to emergency care. (I’ll tell you how that turned out in a future email).

This scary situation taught me several very valuable things about life, business, health, and community. (I’ll tell you how that turned out in my next email).

LIFE Lesson:
I HAVE A DREAM I know that for many of you what I’m about to say may sound a little bit strange, but I am on an unapologetic quest to live a life that overflows with joy, pleasure, significance, adventure, and abundance. My dream is to experience all of this and to show as many women as possible how to reclaim their power so that they can also experience the life and build the businesses that they dream of.

BUSINESS Lesson:
2020 saw my business grow by more than 600%. On one hand, this was absolutely wonderful for both myself and the thousands of women I’ve been blessed to be of service to, as I teach them to heal the conscious and unconscious blocks, grow their businesses and have the courage to live life on their own terms. On the other hand, the reality of such massive growth in such a short time showed me that it was time for me to expand, refine, and change the “WAY” I’ve been showing up in service through my business.

HEALTH Lesson:
Every cell in my body informed me that I needed to re-calibrate and redistribute my energy in ways that better supported my lifestyle FIRST – then my business. So, over the last few months, I’ve taken an intentional step back from all of the ways that I had been oversharing my time, attention & energy with others, and reclaiming my “priority position,” so that I can do the work that I love in a way that is energetically, financially, and pleasurably sustainable for me.

COMMUNITY Lesson:
This experience was a timely reminder that a strong community of women who care about and support one another is a force to be reckoned with. I am so grateful for the community of women that show up, every day and allow me to guide them through their journey to the highest expression of themselves. Women who also hold space for and shower me with love. I LOVE MY COMMUNITY OF WOMEN!!

SAME GOALS, DIFFERENT STRATEGY
I want you to know that it is STILL my soul-deep mission to empower 1,000,000 women worldwide to conquer their fears about money and wealth; inspire them to discover their own uniquely Divine and powerful purpose on the planet, and guide them as they create successful businesses that transform the world and leave a multi-generational legacy of wealth.

I’m still committed to my desired life and business outcomes, AND I’m making changes to the “WAY” that I create them.

Here are just a few of the ways that I’m changing:

#1 – I’m recommitting to my“Morning Success Rituals.” That means the first hour of my day belongs to me. No meetings, coaching sessions or phone calls. This is my time to show gratitude for the gift of life, meditate, journal, and set my intentions for the day.

#2 – I LOVE MY COMMUNITY OF WOMEN – I’m maximizing the opportunity to help more women by launching “Unapologetic Success with Dr. Frantonia,” Live stream series. Join me every Monday and Friday at 11 am PST in The Success Lounge for Extraordinary Women Entrepreneurs. This is my Private Facebook community where I share free training, tips and success tools to help you create a profitable business and live the life of your dreams.

#3 – I’ve streamlined the application process for those who have a deep desire to remove the blocks that are keeping you from your next level of healing and success; or for those who are ready to grow their coaching or professional service business to 6 figures and beyond.

#4 – I’ve added over 100 digital products to my catalog, so that my e-books, planners, journals, and courses are available at every price point.

Feel free to email me and let me know what you are committed to changing so that your life and business feel more aligned with grace, each, and flow?
